I stayed here 4 nights, and everything was great. Friendly, helpful staff...superb location...fine room...all for a great value. Surprisingly, despite my room overlooking the busiest street in St. Petersburg, Nevsky Prospekt, the room was extremely quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Nevsky Express from Nov 5th until Nov 10 2011. The hotel is located on Nevsky Prospect, the main street of St.Petersburg, itself and very close to the metro station. the rooms are very clean and we could easily get a third bed. I especially liked the friendly personnel at the reception!

Older type small hotel which is affordable in a prime location in high cost city. There is no lift and all rooms are up one or two flights of stairs so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.
