Not a holiday inn - throw your preconceived ideas out. Just forget it's holiday inn. If this hotel is any hint of how the Holiday Inn is remaking itself, I will be staying at a lot more of these hotels in the future. It was spotless, in a nice location, and had friendly staff that spoke good English. The rooms were nice sized and the price was great for St-Petersburg (I booked on Priceline Europe).... more

We stayed here on a tour in June. They told us that it had just opened that week. The staff was friendly, rooms were newly remodeled, very clean and modern. Unfortunately we were missing the ammenities like air conditioning (who would know we would have needed it), safe and refrigerator. The service at the desk and restaurants were very good.... more

I was incredibly surprised by this hotel. I had read mixed reviews. Most of the time, service in Russian hotels leave a lot to be desired.
