Whilst the hotel was clean and decent the service was as bad as I have experienced ever! No smiles no friendliness. We booked to have breakfast included but were charged. As a 4 star hotel, it is awesome. I liked the way that you use your room keys to use elevator. First time I see this procedure in Bangkok, it is the last time in St.Petersburg. By this way people who are not hotel guests are not wellcome in the rooms. It is perfect ! more
