On arrival the front entrance and staircase were very off putting. On entering the front door the hotel is on the third floor with no lift or anyone to help with luggage. We walked so much on this trip, because everything was so close to the Northen Lights. Excellent accommodation My only criticism is the extra bed we had placed in our room was not comfortable. Other beds were comfortable. Staff speak excellent English and very helpful

So pleased we found this place-it is friendly, centrally located and really good value. Having stayed in some pretty ropey places before in St Pete, I'll definitely be staying here again.
