This is a great budget pick for otherwise expensive St Petersburg! For non-smokers, the property appeared to be totally non-smoking (when I was then in September). Relatively friendly staff although not all are fluent English speakers. Very clean, and spacious rooms, although wooden floors can be a little noisy at times.
