The level of service at this hotel is comparable to what is called "Pension" in many countries. Basic accommodation with few or no amenities other than free WiFi. If you book and plan in advance you can surely find something much better for the same price.

This was probably my worst experience as far as the hotel staff goes. Very unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend staying there.

We were very disappointed with this mini hotel and think "4 star grading" should be 1 star. Our rooms overlooked the main road, Nevsky Prospect, and traffic noise went on all night.
