Quiet location and not to far from main Nevsky Prospect and beakfast good, Took a while to get the Aircon sorted but a very nice Hotel staff excellent. Clean spotless! recommend. Dinner second night value for money and wine priced fairly .

I have been there many times. Great location, good value, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent lunchtime buffet. You can feel that this hotel is well run with a dedicated staff.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms are not too big but comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there! Its location is also great - 5 mins walk to the Nevsky Prospect. The only thing which disappointed us was the hotel car service prices... It is at least 3 times cheaper to call a cab than to use hotel car service.... More

Stayed here while business trip for a night. They give me a room with 2 beds while i reserved with 1 king size one. The room itself is ok, but some elements looks very strange: furniture in the toilet, paint stains on the toilet door, hard toilet paper... It looks like some elements are good, but some are extremely cheap...... More

Stayed a few time at Novotel , near Nevsky prospect , you can even walk from the train station, 10 minutes, much better than the 50 euros taxi offered in front of the station.. very good buffet breakfast, the staff there should be a bit more friendly, after all this is hotel business , room is ok ,nothing special actually... The Novotel is just off Nevsky Prospect, the main street for tourists in SPB, and from there you can walk to most attractions or take the metro. The hotel itself is new and modern. The furnishings seemed in the blond woid/Swedish mode. My room was small but well laid out and very nice. The concierge was quite nice and helpful... More
