“Close to Peterhof. Not deserve to be 5* hotel.”

I stayed at this hotel during my trip for the opening ceremony of Peterhof fountains in May 2012. The Baltic Star Hotel is the property of the Administration of the President of Russia. Though it was built in 2000's it feels a bit from Soviet era.
