Good front desk staff greeted us, their English was fine. We were prepared for the 200 RUB doc fee. Our room was fine, a small shortcoming was slightly less water pressure that I like. The location of this hotel is a quite neighborhood which I liked, about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the metro.

Hotel is perfect for weekend breaks - it is located on Neva riverside, 15 minutes walk from Hermitage. So we did not use public transport and enjoyed being in the heart of Northern Venice (asSt Perersburg sometimes called)/ Room was very spacious, with small seating area and big mirror. Breakfast - good as usual in Marriott hotels.
