A small hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was a little bit poor. Be warned there is no normal lift in this hotel which made carrying heavy suitcases up lots of stairs very difficult. There are fridges/mini bars in the rooms.

Price is affordable (100 euros for double after getting 10% with booking online), location is central, service is great. The breakfast is continental, but even all those small packages of meat and cheeses kept us full till 3 pm. We stayed at this hotels for 3 days in August. I consider it truly a gem because it's located on Nevsky along with other 4-5 star hotels but for 1/3 of the price!
