Location: near downtown Petropavlovsk (15 minutes walk or a few stops by bus). Nice reception, employees speak a few words english. The building itself is an old (1973) typical sovjet style establishement. The rooms are very simple, rather old fashioned, small but clean. WiFi internet connection available (300 rubles for 2 hours). Breakfast is small, simple, but ok. Activities: it is hard to get information about trips in the vicinity by the reception, but they finally manage organise something (just be patient...). There is a pool, whirlpool & a sauna available, but for quite a high extra charge (2000 rubles for 1 hour). Restaurant attached to the hotel is pretty good but very expensive (comparable to Moscow) and the only option to get some hot meals in the vicinity of the hotel. more
