I spent five nights at Aerostar Hotel in Moscow. The good things: the hotel is fairly cheap for Moscow (an expensive city), the room was clean, service was prompt, efficient and reliable. I liked the fact to be on an ampty, barren, boring inner court, because I was afraid of the road noise, but given the noise coming from the... More

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Aerostar. After reading some conflicting reviews, did not know if it was a good choice but took a risk because the hotel location is very convenient - close to the office where I came for business, and also just a short metro ride to Moscow centre, Tverskaya and red square. Looking very... More

Not bad choice, especially if your are in business trip and your business is not far from Leningradsky prospekt. In my case it was just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Good room with conditioner (old styled one but works), nice bathroom, big TV set. Wi-fi is only in lobby and near restaurants. There is router in every room but it... More

The hotel it is ok & the room are clean. Free internet access in the lobby and at the loung bar it is working well. By the way all it is too overpriced, from the room rate, the room internet access rate, the snack at the bar, the minibar. But this is not so uncommon in Moscow.

The hotel is very nice, but the staff should learn how to provide service ( general problem in Russia ). Prices of the internet are crazy, 30 euro for 24 hours. Minibar also very expensive relatively to other hotels I stayed at. Room was clean and quiet as all the hotel, breakfast was good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable except they're small. Service is good. The main disadvantage is price which is extremely expensive for such kind of hotel, approx. $300/night. Also location is not great esspecially for tourists.

Located in Lenigratsky street Aerostar Hotel is a big typical Russian hotel. Rooms are big and spacy. The air condition is working 24 hours and that is great because I visited the city with a minus 10 outside!!! You dont need more than one blanket for night sleeping... Breakfast buffet have a little bit of everything and for the last... More

My husband, 3 children, and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. After 10 days we moved to a different hotel. Customer Service does not exist. Food is awful. Worst location. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. The nearest metro is at least a 20 minute walk and is on the other side of the highway. The 'hotel taxi'... More

Very Soviet style building set back from the busiest road in Moscow (beginning of the St. Petersburg route). I had a 9th floor room which are bigger and it was comfortable and well serviced although for some reason I could never get bath towels replaced. Breakfast was schizo - week 1 was very ordinary but an omlette chef appeared in... More

Small rooms, not always clean and the location is far from anything. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is across a very large highway. There is a underground passageway to use, but it is also further away. Food was passable when it was hot and the coffee machine took forever. With Moscow's traffic problems, getting to... More
