The hotel it is ok & the room are clean. Free internet access in the lobby and at the loung bar it is working well. By the way all it is too overpriced, from the room rate, the room internet access rate, the snack at the bar, the minibar. But this is not so uncommon in Moscow.

The hotel is very nice, but the staff should learn how to provide service ( general problem in Russia ). Prices of the internet are crazy, 30 euro for 24 hours. Minibar also very expensive relatively to other hotels I stayed at. Room was clean and quiet as all the hotel, breakfast was good.

Rooms are clean and comfortable except they're small. Service is good. The main disadvantage is price which is extremely expensive for such kind of hotel, approx. $300/night. Also location is not great esspecially for tourists.
