Aside from the cost, the Ararat Hyatt is an incredible choice in Moscow. The rooms are impeccably kept, the service is warm and thoughtful yet refined and professional, and the location is fantastic! The food is also very good both at the restaurants, the room service, and from the banquet services.

This is still the best hotel in Moscow. The Ritz is very nice and has good access, but the true bespoke service is at Ararat. This is a hotel with an inside courtyard, and about 100 rooms. The service is highly personalized. Rooftop has great views, and is more private than Balchuk and Ritz.

Been in moscow five days for business. The hotel is gorgeous from all angles. Located in the heart of the city center, service and staff outstanding, excellent food, very nice spa... Liked a lot the style, mix between modern and ancient. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel countless times for business. I have tried others in Moscow and this is by far the best. The food is sensational (but expensive) and the service is great.
