Stayed here at this perfectly located hotel for one night before joining a package tour of Russia. Service was remarkable and staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in a junior suite. The room was good maybe a little dated no flatscreens (something you would expect in a hotel of this standard and price). Was a great location to see the city. Very happy with the choice, but the largest downside was the rather stiff bed. I would have preffered a little nicer bed, everything else was great. Nice large room. more

Room was a disappointment - nothing special at all. I would not rate this hotel as 5 star and is over-priced and everthing is extra cost ($26 for a bottle of water!). Some staff were not friendly.
