Located on a relatively quiet street just a twenty minute walk from the Kremlin and costs half what similarly located hotels do. Solid 3-star hotel and unbeatable value. There are also lots of interesting and inexpensive restaurants close by, including many Georgian and Turkic (the 'stans).
