I got to my hotel - this wonderful hotel, and the first thing I was told was that I had not paid my deposit, even though I had. I spent 6 nights in this hotel and I am really disappointed. The rooms looked much better on the webpage than in reality. This hotel as one of my fellow commenters pointed out is definitely not for the squemish. Well the service in this hotel is virtually non existent, they mop up the rooms once every day, but, that doesnt make it clean. My room was a smoking room (even though I havent asked for one) therefore it was a bit stinky. Staff... More

The bad: Very little english, in suburbs, 3 miles from nearest subway. No AC in summer. NO INTERNET despite website. Front desk told us to go to library (2 miles away).
