The staff were so helpful and friendly especially when I needed to see a doctor for an ear infection. The service was fantastic from everyone. This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful situation. The staff were really good - I had a few problems with an injured leg during the visit, and they offered to move us to a room nearer the facilities before we had even asked. We stayed there two weeks for our honeymoon. It's was just perfect! The location, directly on the lagoon is wonderful. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated.
