Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. No complaints with that. But hotel ratings doesn't stop there. This hotel is the dirtiest I've been to. I swear. My second time that I stayed there.The staff are very helpful and friendly.I wish I could have stayed longer I've enjoy Iloilo City especialy now that I kind of know my way around.My room was small but clean.Everything was in order and working.No bad comment about the Hotel.

Nice chinese foods,nice pretty information desk ladies.....very respectfull door guard,so safe environment,,,nice,,excellent service.A little update or renovation can do,been staying for the last 13 yrs..

overall friendly hotel, good Chinese foods within hotel complex, walking distance to shopping, definitely will return more often, reasonable rates,
