I have stayed here a few times now its always clean the staff are good. The rooms are big its great value for your money.

The hotel doesn't indicate that all their de luxe rooms face a disco/bar that blares from 10pm to 2am. Apparently you have to pay a premium for a "quiet" room. I am surprised this hotel is allowed to operate at all, considering that the owner runs the whole shopping complex and knowingly allowed a disco to operate beside the hotel.... More

This is my second stay in this hotel in 3 weeks , i have found the staff very friendly and helpful the food in the resturant is also exelent and apart from a patchy wi fi i certainly have no complaints, i would highly recomend this hotel to anybody, and as a hotel of this price it a bargain, definatly... I would recommend this hotel. It is in the Goldenfield District, but I had no problem with noise or anything while there. It is clean and the staff are nice...

I went to Bacolod with my boyfriend and his friends from Lions Club. We spent three nights in Kundutel with lots of regrets, we paid 2500/night to their royal suite with no bathtub, dirty floors, leaking sink and they only serve us three towels, noisy place very disappointing.

Again this was one of my favourite places to stay in Bacolod as it's close to the lively Goldenfields area esp the Chicken Ally bar (good bands) and The Black Velvet club gr8 laughs and songs. Now the hotel gives guests free entry to the Carribean water park just a few yards away its a gr8 place for the family.... More
