I have been there just recently. We stayed for two days and came back for another day after our island trip in North of Cebu. We came back because we are satisfied of our stay. It is true the general appearance of the Pensionne is not inviting. But we were there because of the review. It is true service and... More

As the old adage goes . . .you can't judge a book by its cover. This is the same when picking a place to stay! This hotel nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the queen city of the south can prove that looks can really be deceiving . . . the facade may look old but once you get inside,... More

i chose a deluxe room in this hotel against a standard room in the mango hotel (i actually cancelled mango because it was not clear to me from the reservation if it was for one or for two) which was a mistake in hindsight. the room itself was ok to stay for a few nights. it is an old building... Stayed there for four days in November. Arrived at Cebu at around 5AM, had a breakfast in McDo and called the hotel for possibility of early check-in. unfortunately, all rooms were still occupied when we reached the hotel at around 8AM. Luckily, one of the guests checked-out early (around 9AM), and we were allowed to check in to the room... More

It's affordable & location is safer. It's a liitle walk to the main street at General Maxilum Avenue where the shops & bar are located. The room we stayed in the first floor was fine but the toilet is small & is'nt cleaned properly. Breakfast is included with 3 choices including traditional Filipino foods. Staff are very helpful & courteous. More

great place to stay, with their friendly staff. :) The rooms are ok, and it's very affordable. The location of the place is also great, it's just 10-15 minutes from malls and tourist destinations. :) They even gave us the bigger room, instead of the room i reserved, for the same price. :) More

though the location may be a bit far from the main road, i recommend the place because of the staffs and even the security guard are very accomodating and helpful. they welcomed us with a smile and assisted us in getting a cab. breakfast is average. the native skinless longganisa though maybe small but is really delicious. we stayed for... At first, my friends and I were hesitant to book this hotel because their website was outdated, and photos showed it to be a bit old and dirty. But we couldn't be more surprised at the actual place! It was a tiny building located on a small street but since it was a quiet residential area, it seemed quite safe.... More

Again I stayed at Palazzo Pensionne, situated at 49 Gen. Sepulveda Street, Cebu City. Email.palazzo_pensionne@hotmail.com They will respond very quickly with any info you want regarding room availability etc; The pensionne is budget priced, so dont expect five star - it is Cheap-Clean-Safe & above all friendly. The complimentary breakfast is yummy & a good start to the day. When... More
