First of all, they give away my non-refundable prepaid room. Then the put me in a smoking room overlooking a trash pile and a freeway. But in order to give me something to do they put me in their overpriced cafe? Gimme a break. Don't stay at this dump.

You have to pay for internet in rooms. Restaurant service very slow. Lounge small and grubby chairs seems like wee. No very organized.

Unfortunately the Heritage is suffering from a problem many places in the Philippines have, it is getting older but is not being kept up very well, It used to be very nice, but for the price you can get a much better place.
