Excellent hotel close to the Green belt and business community in Makati. This hotel has all the business executive´s needs covered. The club rooms have wonderful beds and it is quiet and well insulated, in my experience (lived there on 3 occasions in 3 different rooms). Breakfast in this hotel is no joke. It has everything you can think, of... More

For such a large hotel chain we found this disspointing, the room carpet was very dirty when reported we were advised that they would clean it once we had left!!!! Wht not clean it before we arrive? A charge of PhP800 / day for intetrnet access, which at best was poor, and wireless non existant, most hotels have quality internet... More

My husband and I stayed in the Intercontinental in Manila on the last night of our honeymoon in the Philippines. It was the most luxurious place we have ever stayed. The rooms are modern and well maintained, food is good and service top class. I highly recommend this hotel. More

My family booked connecting rooms for a couple of days at the intercon makati last january. The experience was not really that great. This hotel has gone down with time. The bathroom on both rooms needed a lot of updating. Both the sink and the tub of both rooms had plumbing issues. The plumber had to come back several times.... More

Standard 4 star hotel in a great location in Makati, Manila. The rooms and amenities were good and received tremendous help from Yuki the concierge arranging flights to Palawan. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the prime night life area of Green Belt 3 which has great, no fantastic, live music. For pop and rock try the... More

I spent 3 days and 2 nights here. I would stay again - in a heartbeat. After island hopping in Bohol and drowning in the life and love that is my family, I booked a short stay in Makati - a solo side trip before heading back to the East Coast (U.S.). I have been to Manila/Makati multiple times, and... More

What puzzles me the most with this hotel is that despite having the rooms renovated (they seem to be in good condition overall, despite being an old hotel), they do not give free internet access to the guests! They are a little bit overpriced for the size of the room (and bathroom is a bit cramped with the sink plumbing... More

This hotel is located in one of the most convenient places in Makati/Manila close to businesses, restaurants and of walking distance to shopping malls (both Glorietta and Green Belt). It's refreshing to come back to your hotel being greeted by a very friendly staff & lots of smiles. The (executive) rooms were large and very comfortable. The pool area was... More

Dear Guest, We are more than glad that you have appreciated three of InterContinental Manila's best features. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the business district of Makati. Furthermore, we also boast of our pool area which is actually known to capture the sunlight best - perfect for sun-bathing. On top of this, of course, is our... More

Work and play bring me all over the world, so it is safe to say that I have seen a fair share of hotels. The Intercon boast one of the best locations in Makati. Shopping and dining with minutes' walk! Check in went very well, and staff was very polite and courteous. Room was very clean and aptly furnished. Also... More

Expected much better standard from the intercontinental brand. The rooms are pretty standard but the bathroom is really cramped. There are no doorbells, sometimes cannot hear the knocking on the door. But location of hotel is really good, near sm mall and glorietta malls. Dun think its worth the hotel price though. More
