This is a challenging place to review because there are some good things about this place but it just isn't up to scratch in many areas. Firstly the good. The area is great, its in a quiet central location that is close to lots of shopping, restaurants and bars. Important in Manila as the traffic is horrendous. The front of... More

I chose Picasso based on reviews here so my expectation was pretty high from the beginning, and I was not disappointed. The room was very spacious and clean, location very convenient (quiet yet very close to the main road, also right behind the Citibank building so easy to remember when walking or coming back on a cab), clean and spacious... I cannot express enough how wonderful it was to experience the Picasso Boutique Hotel... I have been around the world & stayed at 5 star hotels, but this place rules!!! As soon as we arrived, which was late in the evening, we were warmly greeted by their staff...we already felt at home. Everyone is sooo accommodating. We stayed for 2... More

Staying in Manila has always been a monumental battle between ending up in over-priced big-named hotels that literally rape you for every penny and cent where the Wi-Fi is usually chugged up with everyone else using it at the same time, and the smaller (i.e.: much cheaper) hotels that say they have this that and the other, yet it ain't... Check in was as smooth as silk. Staffs were pleasant at all time. Did not take long to have the check in procedures complete. Room was upgraded at no cost and such a wonderful gestures since it was my first trip to the Philippines. Unfortunately, stayed only for 1 night. Room was faultless, I would recommend anyone and everyone who... More

Wanted to stay in the business district to do away with the daily experience of traffic jams when travelling from my parents' home in the suburbs. The place was not on the main road but close enough to walk to the places where i need to get to, places where i can eat good food and shop without the transport... More

Stayed there during business convention on 2nd week of Mar 2013. The area is quite good, room is nice, and with a bit of walking, you can arrive at where bunch of restaurants are around. The hotel is basically an apartment. I stayed there with my colleague on a twin sharing room which is quite spacious. The room comes with... More

I am impress and amaze of this place! As a boutique service apartment it is exceptional! it has a five-star service. The best asset of this hotel are the staff- front office staff were warm, attentive and very helpful, I really think they are one of the best FO hotel staff I have encountered. The security guys are very courteous.... More

I travel to Manila 4 or 5 times a year and always stay at The Picasso Boutique. It is a quaint, modern "boutique" hotel in a quiet neighbourhood of Makati and just a short walk to Greenbelt. I stay at The Picasso Boutique because of the consistently high level of service offered. And this visit was no exception. There was... More

Accommodating staff. Clean and spacious room. Perfect for people who loves art (art gallery plus art works in the room) Clean and perfectly designed bathroom (toilet separated from the shower, I'm quite picky when it comes to hotel toilet and bath, so this setup is perfect for me). Had a good night's sleep. Downsides are, no mirror outside bathroom and... More
