I had a long term rent at joya tower from october to february 2012. Dont go there its a lot of fuzz with payment etc. The people in the leazing office seems noce at first. However not much help from them if you need. Find a hotel or condo near green belt instead and stay away from Joya

We stayed here twice and everything went well. Location is perfect since Powerplant mall is just across the street. They have a complete set up for the kitchen. Internet is fast! This place is perfect for long staying guests! I will definitely go back to Joya!
