We always stay here when visiting family in the area. It is a great location for traveling in and around town. They were very helpful accomidating us with room arrangments for us and my son. What can you say about a Holiday Inn. You get a clean room with nice people at the front desk. Location is ideal for going anywhere in the area. Our challenge was the quality of the bed. We came for a baseball game and to explore any nightlife. Friendly staff that helped us locate a place to go after hours, other than their own bar, called Swaby's (that is another review). Didn't like a room that opened to the pool/banquet area. Did like their bar that had a great selection of bottled brews. Location to that awkward... more

Loved this hotel with its large room, lovely indoor pool area, really yummy breakfast and incredibly friendly staff. Stayed here when we were wine-tasting in the Finger Lakes; great location to do either Cayuga or Seneca Lakes. Will return FOR SURE! more

Big room (#252), very clean, but a little dark due to being on the inside overlooking the indoor pool. A balcony area was attached that overlooked pool, but not really usable because no chairs and connected to room next to ours so not really private. have we stayed in more opulent hotels , yes for about 300 per night yet for the money it was amazingly comfortable, clean and commodious. the staff was pleasant, the pool a delight and the room service quick, quite good and reasonably priced. The hotel was extremely nice with soft comfortable beds, adequate bathroom toiletries, microwave, fridge and more. The only drawback I believe was the darkness of the rooms which face the indoor pool and the lack of complimentary shuttle bus service from/to the airport, otherwise our stay was very enjoyable. more
