The room has a very small TV with not so clear reception of TV shows.The security guards were very helpful with offering to carry luggages and offering umbrellas since it was rainy those days we were there.The front office personnel who attended to us could do better with offering a warm welcome to their guests or prospective guests. Stayed at this hotel two weeks July 2011. It was a good experience with the SM Mall very close and cab rides approximately 4-5 US dollars. The staff in the restaurant was great. The rooms had wooden floors so did make some noise and the walls not very sound resistant. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. More
