Sparse off-street parking, charming/helpful staff and spacious room with ample victuals and conveniences. Excellent TV selection - much better than Bangkok's Rembrandt. Unlike many other Baguio hotel rooms, my room had both window (Unsurprisingly with no view, being in the centre of town) and air-con. Ample buffet breakfast, tho' for porridge we were expected to suffice with just hot water... More

Stayed at El Cielito Inn for one night while in Baguio. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and basic. There were no toiletries so bring your own shampoo. The room also didn't have a safe. Breakfast was included with my room. It was decent and consisted of an omelet bar and mostly Asian breakfast items. The WiFi... More

I usually travel in and out of the country for business and pleasure. I'm very particular when it comes to the bed, bathroom and cleanliness. El Cielito sure pass my taste. We were here last year, and again, this year. We arrived late at night and requested for an upgrade. We settled in after a few minutes. The ROOM is... More

El Cielito was already advised that I would be booking in the hotel every week until end November. I have been booked every Tuesday until Thursday night for 8 weeks now. I was surprised and disappointed that I was not given a booking for this week. It's a good thing that I thought of checking my booking prior to going... More

The room has a very small TV with not so clear reception of TV shows. The security guards were very helpful with offering to carry luggages and offering umbrellas since it was rainy those days we were there. The front office personnel who attended to us could do better with offering a warm welcome to their guests or prospective guests. Stayed at this hotel two weeks July 2011. It was a good experience with the SM Mall very close and cab rides approximately 4-5 US dollars. The staff in the restaurant was great. The rooms had wooden floors so did make some noise and the walls not very sound resistant. I would stay at this hotel again in the future. More

Because I got scared that Baguio might be full even in January, I looked for the possibilities for reservation, and the only possibility I found with online booking was El Cielito. And luckily, it was in a good location. The room itself is average. What is bad is the bed: It was a mattress on top of a board. Sleep... More

The staff are courteous and helpful in times of need. The rooms are clean and new and well adorned and equipped with what you need. As a vacationer who wants a respite from the hustle bustle of a city life, this place should be on top of your list when visiting the City of Pines. The location is quite accessible... More

El Cielito Inn is an accommodation provider located 3-5 minutes away from the Victory Liner Terminal and is walking distance from SM Baguio. One month before our scheduled Baguio trip, I decided to reserve through their website (http://www.elcielito-baguio.com). Their online reservation was great! I received my instant confirmation in less than 24 hours with no hassle and with no additional... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend. TV was 13" (?) small but looked BIG in the small room. Had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Service lacks management. I had to get up and go find the staff to get a refill of drink twice. Had to find the waitstaff sitting at the bar chatting with the... More
