As of today (September 2010), the hotel, I've heard, has been torn-down. They are constructing a new, better one, which is scheduled to open by February 2011 in time for the Panangbenga Festival in Baguio. The rooms don't look clean. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was clogged. Couldn't get enough sleep as there were buildings being constructed on all sides. We only stayed here because all the other decent hotels were booked.
