We chose to stay here for one night on our way to Sagada. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Victory Liner bus terminal for Manila, 2 minutes from the SM mall and around 5 to 10 minutes walk to the centre of town - so location was perfect. The room itself (we had a standard) was quite... More

It was not a relaxing stay. Since there was no available space to park our car in front of the hotel, we had to park behind the hotel. We had to climb several floors from the parking to the hotel lobby. Plus, the steps are too far apart so we really had to exert a lot of effort going up... More

Our family has made going up to Baguio for the Panagbenga Festival (last weekend of February) a yearly tradition. It was our second year of watching the Street Dancing and Float Parades from the porch of Casa Vallejo. Good vantage point of the parade, and the hotel staff are strict about restricting access to the porch to hotel guests. Good... More

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay during the Panagbenga festival 2012. We got room 101 which has a ringside view of the Flower Parade passing along Session Road. It's a bit noisy during the early morning hour but what the heck; we're here for the parade. Before checking out from this hotel, we booked the same room for... More

Location: best ive ever seen. Walking distance to leonard wood (50's diner, brod pitt, pink sis), neighboring SM (good for last full shows). Only drawback is the road. Busy road may be a lil bit noisy in the morning, especially if the room you got is facing SM. Wifi? Got loads of wifi here. Kuha pa pati SMFreeWifi.

They advertise themselves as a boutique inn but the rooms are bare, the bathrooms need better cleaning, the ventilation is not good, the breakfast is niggardly and the reception is stiff and perfunctory. The only thing they have going for this establishment is it is right across downhill from SM Baguio. I wouldn't stay here again.

Uninviting staff, over priced, rock hard box spring for a matress, water drips out of shower head when taking a shower, ridiculously small LCD TV in room, paltry breafast with only one cup of coffee. This could be a very nice cozy historical B&B if the rooms were comfortable.

Most Baguio hotels charge you more than what you're getting from this hotel. These are what I got for the Php1,1980 I paid. These complainants are obviously newbies looking for free meals. MAXIMA -complementary breakfast for two that was fast and their resto competes with Baguio Country Club and Forest House in terms of ambience. (google hilltop station restaurant) -cafe... More
