Great staff, excellent service. Staff are really accommodating. Even before we set foot on the hotel, staff are already there to carry our bags from the taxi to the reception area, and then to the rooms. We stay in this hotel with my wife for a night during Panagbenga. Excellent room with a good value and accomodating staff. What I like in this hotel is the location, its in the center of Baguio. Near to city and places of interst as well like, burnham park, session road, bazaar and so on.

Although the staff at the hotel were friendly, the tiles at the shower room were not being cleaned. I dropped my soap as I was showering and noticed that both floor and sidewall tires were moldy, sign that they do not really clean them.

Staying at holiday park hotel is just like staying at ur home... The staffs were friendly especially kuya duds(if the name is correct) and the rooms are super duper affordable what you see in the website is what you get... We will definitely stay here next time...
