Please don't choose this hotel if you don't want that your backpack would be opened while you are taking a look of the city waiting for your night flight to Lima! Someone (Who?!said the hotel) has stolen my iPod and my blackberry from my backpack keeping by receptionist of the hotel in a room like all the hotels worldwide! So... More

The rooms were slightly old fashioned and had mysterious locked wardrobes you were unable to get into; however apart from that they were fine and had a TV and Fridge. Bathroom had perfectly adequately functioning fittings etc, and fresh towels and loo roll was provided. On the downside, the room had no air-con which for us was pretty bad as... More

I don't want to go into details, but I wanted to retract a former good review because no one should be misled into going here based on their previous service and care. The hotel has since become a disgusting place to stay where lack of cleanliness and lack of service has taken away any pricing and location benefits they once... More

Good place to stay, 3mins from bus station by taxi, hotel on quite pedestrianised street, comfortable beds, average cleanliness, restraurant on site, good breakfast. Allowed to keep room till 10pm due to getting night bus at no extra charge.( low season.)

This isn't a terrible place to stay, but perhaps my hopes were too high for it. My guidebook spoke highly of the hotel, but I wonder if it was the same place. This place is fairly tired, dirty and run down. The staff and the food were nice, but I really had hopes of a cleaner, more cheery place. Instead... More

This hotel was the worst stay I've ever had anywhere. The bathrooms (3 rooms) were covered in black mold and after nearly 10 times of asking them to change rooms or clean/paint it was still never taken care of. Various days with no hot water and some with NO water at all. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and treated... More

Staff was attentive, friendly, and room rate included complimentary airport pickup, but the hotel rooms are outdated, worn and dingy (though they do have a t.v. and mini-fridge). The bathroom was spotless but the sheets were worn and stained. Breakfast buffet was varied but mediocre. Some rooms face the pedestrian street; others face an interior courtyard and are much quieter.... More

We left the Colonial hotel for this hotel because, for just fifteen dollars more per night, this place had much better facilities and included an excellent breakfast buffet. We were given a very good room with an excellent bed, lots of storage, a TV, a refrigerator, and a modern bathroom with both bath and shower. Very much like a Best... More

The staff were wonderful and since we were there on missionary work they gave us an excellent deal including breakfast. The rooms were very large and comfortable with cable tv, hot water, refrigerator, etc... and for the most part it was very quiet, although the final evening a group of a dozen young kids came in from Lima and were...
