The only way you end up staying at this hostel is to be conned into it by the scam artist who works the copa cabana - Puno bus. Don't listen to him. He stole our bus tickets, charged us extra, outright lied to us about amenities and location. Please, please don't stay there.

We arrived after a 6-hour bus trip from Arequipa to Puno and the only thing we wanted was a hot shower, but the hotel service told us it's not burning water, but instead it's hot. Let me inform you that water wasn't hot at all, it freezes us!
