Unfortunately this is the quality of the only 3 stars hotel in Juliaca!!! (you pay what you pay not because of the quality but because it is the only option available in this town). Too sad to spent a night there...

Nice enough hotel in a very central location in Juliaca. Only downsides we found was the shower did not have much in the way of hot water, the water smelt a bit funny and the room was cold (however, those things are par for the course in budget accomodation in Peru). They did give us a heater but the room... More
