i have stayed in Hotel Presidential few days, receptionist recommended Garden Premier Room - very comfortable ans really up to standard of 5 star hotel (only bathroom needs still small renovation). I stayed here with my boyfriend as we were visiting friends in PH. PH was nice and cool! like a mini lagos...bursting with energy. same cant be said of the hotel. whilst it was clean and comfortable u could tell that the best days of the hotel were behind it. on the whole pretty average.
