On planning my trip to Port Harcourt I was recommend this Hotel as a good. I would disagree..... It was brilliant. “Comfortable and spacious”

I have just returned from this hotel and I found it very comfortable and spacious, the staff were very freindly and helpful but the sevice let it down from gaining a higher rating, normal wait for service is 30 to 40 mins however in their defence it does state this in the menu. The hotel has good amenities, free wifi, good food, clean room and toilet but needs to improve in the area of service delivery.You dare not place an order for room service when you are famished as you may have to wait for up to 40 minutes to get your food. The phone rings out too loud and has no volume... More

I stayed many times in this hotel in 2009 and 2010. I found the service, ambience, security and accomodation all to be first class. The staff are very helpfull and attentive. The rooms are comforable and well furnished and maintained. The bar is very lively but does not prevent a peaceful nights sleep. I will continue to use this hotel... More
