I've stayed here twice, once soon after it opened (in 2005, IIRR) and again in 2010. Reception are friendly, rooms are pleasant and clean (one drawback: very narrow bathroom). It's true that it's a bit far from the main tourist area in Essaouira so not very suitable if you don't have your own transport. Otherwise, very good value for money...

I stayed here 2 nights with a group in May 2008.
The room was small, but clean. Hotelstaff friendly. Breakfast ok. Breakfast is served at the café downstairs, in the morning this café is still closed and only available for hotelguests.
