Somehow surprised by negative revies: hey, people - it's just Ibis, not Four Seasons! Location is superb - 2 min by car or 10 min walking to Portuguese fortress/ cistern. Relatively clean, minimal but edible breakfast, no noise from anywhere whilst sleeping. Overall good enough especially taking amount paid for stay there.

Will never stay in an Ibis again. Room was scruffy, window leaked when it rained. Woken twice in the night by mystery calls. Breakfast rubbish, no black tea & little to eat. Nice staff but clearly awful managers!
