stayed at this hotel for a night in kuala terengganu a few days ago. Room is worn out. service still ok. management and sareholder should consider refurbishing the hotel to secure it's position as the preferred hotel to stay n kuala terengganu. meanwhile, all-in-all, still decent enough to stay there.

This was an experience, really felt like i'd been transported back to the seventies. Elegant lobby, tired rooms. Stayed for a night. Hotel kinda outdated in some corners. The room however was decent and nice- spacious, neat and clean. Wonderful view of the beach. Breakfast was modest with some tasty wonderful local cuisine particularly the nasi dagang. Don't mind staying again.

We had booked for 4 nights and checked out after 4 hours. The supposedly deluxe room was very shabby with stained carpets, stained and dated furniture and holed bedding. It stank of stale cigarette smoke in the way that smoking compartments on British Rail trains used to do. We asked to be moved but apparently there was no suitable alternative.... More
