What was once the ultimate in luxury, has been allowed to become overgrown, rusty (not rustic) and tired. Rooms are quite ill-kept and not well cleaned. Pool area still has the good feeling it has always had, and the service levels are above average. However since the relocation of Kulala Lumpurs main airport, there really is little need for a... The various upgrades to the Hotel continue and certainly provide guests with a new and very pleasant outlook through its newly furnished Deluxe rooms and Executive Rooms. This is particularly noticeable for those guests who have stayed with the hotel throughout the years. The convenience of a regional airport only five minutes from the hotel is also another reason that... More

Stayed on and off for about a week for business, very tranquile environment, open plan reception and walking to rooms, set next to a golf complex, lovely gardens and swimming pools, good breakfast choices, bar can be expensive with added service charge and guv tax so watch that, rooms lovely, bathrooms and showers as a 5* hotel should be. You... More

While it may seem fancy on the outside (an online), The Saujana is badly in need of refurbishment. The lobby was beautifully done and so was the breakfast restaurant, but that was it. Lifts were old and small. Rooms were old and clearly showed their age. However, it was clean. Bathroom shower had really bad water pressure. Breakfast was the... More

Dear Suzy S The hotel has just completed a thorough upgrade to its 'C' wing and is due to commence work by the end of April on the 'B' wing of the hotel. Various other changes are due also to the main lobby and Front Desk. The gardens and grounds continue to receive great reviews and indeed remains one of... More

Stayed at Saujana for the Malaysian Grand Prix, as apparently nothing else was available. Our room, in the 3 block, was actually a good 4 star quality and spotlessly clean. I didn't mind it all. The bed was very, VERY firm FYI. Not great. Upon leaving the room, it is very obvious that you are in a 3 star resort.... More

My stay at The Saujana Hotel in KL, Malaysia went rather unpleasant. I am currently spending my first night at this hotel while writing this review. Upon my check in process, the receptionist informed me that my host (who invited me to KL for this media trip) has chosen the superior room for my stay. This superior room (room 1114)... More

Stayed here for a night while on transit as it was close to the Subang Airport. Rate was over RM300++ as was marketed as a 5-star hotel. Staff were old and not as attentive as would have expected a hotel of this standard. Room size was average and the room had seen a lot of wear & tear. Design was... More

The non-renovated rooms are old and moldy, the new ones are quite nice, but to expensive for what you get. The location is not something to travel for, unless you have business in Subang/PJ/Klang, or you're going for the golf.

First of all, pay attention: The Saujana and the Club @ Saujana are two different hotels, just sharing the same suroundings. The Club seems to be much nicer...
