One of the first hotels in Shah Alam now definitely looking tired, but clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Got a good deal on the hotel website which included delicious breakfast. Best location in Shah Alam.

Stayed here on a business trip. the room was pretty worn out, leakage at the bathroom and the tub floor itself has a small hole.. the entire place needs a bit more illumination. better still if they can have wifi connection in the rooms..

Not too pricie and close to a shopping center, needs a lick of paint.

Stayed here with client for a next day meeting at putrajaya. The hotel facilities was acceptable & the food is superb. We checkin quite late as we went for golfing & dinner before checkin. The room was comfortable & spacious & we slept well. Highly recommended for business traveller.

Needs a refurbishment immediately! Staff are good, clean rooms but very old. Close to shops & food but of course no booze! If you must stay in the area, stay at the Concorde for a more modern drink friendly Shah Alam experience.
