“Looked nice on photo but terrible in the room”

I booked two rooms (lakeview)with one single bed +one queen bed two weeks b4. When we reach there they gav us two rooms with one queen bed n suggest us to take extra bed. “Noisy, Dirty..”

We booked a family deluxe room but they changed to two deluxe room due to the room we booked are flooded by heavy rain through the open windows! Dirty Toilet, wall cover with sticky stain. Room have bunch of ants ! Room facing main road, very noisy. cannot sleep until 4:00AM Staff has no smile......

“Not happy with the toilet”

Location, room, reception, food are ok, but the toilet is small & not clean. I'm not sure when was the last time they clean the wall. U can see all the dirt on the wall (attached pic). Shower is in the same room, there's no divider between shower & toilet so the whole floor will be wet after u shower.... More

Over night stop over! If you are driving, with GPS! Finding this Hotel and spending a night's stop is a great choice. Clean. Booked before arrival. Ask for a Window Room.... I used "AsiaRooms" to make a reservation, so the instructions to reserve a Window Room was lost along the way!

The hotel was on a shoplots building. There was a coffee shop on the ground floor called 'Hailam Kopitiam' where they will give coupons for you to have breakfast once you checked in at the hotel.
