Flew to Singaope from London then to KL via Air Asia, landed at bargain airfield which seemed rather chaotic, took taxi long ride to Sepang. Had tried to stay close to Int airport but all fully booked two months ahead. Hotel OK but rather 1950 style, safe didnt work, reception told me none of them did! Swimming pool on roof... More

The hotel was in a great location for an overnight flight connection! It is about 25 mins from the airport at Kuala Lumpur or approxiamately $80-100 myr. We needed a reasonably priced hotel for a family of five so got 2 interconnecting rooms. The hotel is very basic but has everything you might need such as wake up calls or... More

I booked this hotel because I'd seen it described as an "airport" hotel, and really close to the airport...it is not very close. There is one hotel near the Low Cost Carrier Terminal of the KL Airport, and that is Tunes Hotel; it is within walking distance. This hotel was nice, air conditioned, with a large and fairly comfortable bed,... More

I booked this hotel to stay in for two nights, travelling with a friend. We were going to an event at the Grand Prix track nearby, which is where I expect this hotel gets a lot of business from - that and the airport. The first thing you notice on arrival is that the area surrounding the hotel is really... More

This is a two star airport hotel. Everything in the room is down to basic such as one bath towel per personal without hand and face towels. Also, the quality of the towel is in poor condition. No temperature adjustment in the room. Since we have an early flight and we ordered the take out breakfast as it is included... More

For starters, the rooms are freezing with no option to adjust the air conditioning. The website promises a large selection of tv channels, but most of them don't work, or are different channels to what they promised. There is no fridge in the room despite paying 65AUD a night. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing nearby.... More

This hotel represents value for money if you need to be near the airport. The rate is a bit high for this location but the service was surprisingly excellent. The room and breakfast were very good and we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. I would stay here again if I needed to go to the airport early in the... More

Not that far from airport, the place was comfortable inside, but the area outside was odd. I can't make up my mind where to eat coz there was no decent place to eat. I found my way to a train station going to the city, but pickup taxi by hotel going back. Internet free and room was so comfortable. Staff... More

We stayed at the Empess Sepang for 2 nights. The room was large and comfortable, but no individual control of the central heating. As for the restaurant the food was very average. High price for very average hotel

I stayed at Empress hotel less than 24 hours and had to stay at Empress hotel because malaysian airlines had a tie up with Empress hotel. I was travelling to capetown from Bangalore via Kuala lumpur. As per the travel schedule, the connecting flight from Kuala lumper was 23 hours from the time I arrived to Malaysia. First good things... More
