I had an enforced stop over (bumped from a flight) and was provided with a room at the Pan Pacific for 20 hours. It was *wonderful*. we have now stayed at the PP several times. It is a good, if expensive option if one is between flights. Food is fine- plenty of choice. Stayed at the Pan Pacific Hotel at KL Airport, and thought it was fantastic the service was A+ we were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Junior Suite and what a treat it was. The hotel's on airport and only 2 minutes from arrivals / departures. It's clean, comfortable and quiet. The dinner buffet is good value (around £16 / person).
