I just had a bad experience staying at sunway resort and spa...I booked through the site...I booked for 2 rooms n taking 1 family package and 1 private package...After that I add one more night for each room n booked it again through the website...
At the end of stay, they billed me with the different rate than I've got...

The main attraction of this area is the water park, which I found less than perfect, as I've seen much better. As a hotel I can't really fault it, the room was actually big, clean and with a good view. BF was good with a lot of options. The service was good with friendly staff. No wifi in the room.

I stayed overnight in this 4.5 star hotel to attend a 2-day seminar. The deluxe room is spacious but it is rather pricey. Right next to this hotel is the famed Sunway Lagoon theme park, therefore it is quite convenient to stay at this hotel if you are planning to spend a whole day at the theme park.

The staff of this hotel are outstanding. They are professional, considerate, efficient and genuine. Every person I had contact with looked liked they enjoyed their job, enjoyed helping people and did what they could to make sure guests enjoyed their stay as well. We arrived at this hotel and had no problem with an early checkin, we even got upgraded free to a room with a balcony. All staff are extremely efficient and courteous. The rooms have everything you will need, if not just call for assistance.
