What a dump. The resort is in a terrible state. Food is really bad. I think staff stole my watch and I got a rash from the pool.

Stayed at One Hotel during Rainforest Music Festival. The hotel staff were generally pretty friendly & the rooms were a little worn but spacious. Nice gardens & good transport to & from Festival. Downside being meals other than breakfast [which was part of tariff] cost triple what they were at any comparable food outlet, & sometimes not as good. Rooms... More

since school days, me and my friend always choose santubong resort as our destination for holiday. it has never dissappoint us.far from hustle life in city. we ease our tense. but then, after a lot of years, there is no improvement on their furniture e.g: sofa, wardrobe and etc. but still, it is one of my favourite local place of... i had always like this resort as the rate is considered cheap for a room which is spacious and comfortable, added with bathtub and nice surroundings. but i had terrible experience when i brought my family here last week. the room was not well maintained.we had difficulty to open our door from the outside.then the aircond and fridge was not cold... Stay 2 nights during September 2010. The room was quite big. it was all good, the bathroom was quite big, there's a bath tub and a shower. Breakfast is good... but not for dinner. Overall, this hotel is overlook a wonderfull private beach, nice swimming pool, and has a backdrop of jungle covered mountains.

We stayed for 8 days. When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us, no one to show us the room, no one to help us out! We like it simple, so we thought we went a bit over the top regarding price (and maybe our need of service). The price was the only thing over the top. No... More

Actually the resort is fully equipped with all the facilities that every guest can dream of. But sadly, it is not well maintain and managed. For me, the toilet is smelly and the bath tube is not cleaned when we enter our room yesterday. I was disappointed with the staff in the restaurant that asked us to pay RM10 for... More

I always love this place but a bit sad because it is not so well maintained. The hotel looks tired and certainly need a 'make over'. Our room did not have Astro channel and the hair dryer is not functioning. Made complaint but no action taken. Breakfast is ok. The chef at the sandwich counter was not friendly at all... More

We stayed here as part of a three week tour of Borneo. There were 13 in the group and for our three days, two nights at the resort we were the only guests! Very eerie! The resort badly needs updating and refurbishing and the staff, all very pleasant, need to sharpen up their act. Other than the pool, none of... More
