The resort is a solid destination stay with a few caveats ... (1) The website says all Ocean Wing Premium rooms have sweeping views of the South China Sea. This is not true. The hotel is nice but compared to other parts of Asia it is very expensive. There are much cheaper places in Asia with the same level of luxury. what an amazing family resort. our kids 7,5 and 3 love the hotel with its kids pools, kids club and all other activities. we had 2 connecting rooms, both spacious and clean. room service was good and timely, took between 30 and 40 minutes for 3-5 different orders to be delivered. excellent breakfast buffet, helpful and friendly staff all around....
