“Ok for the price...”

I took the cheapest price they had. Got room with no windows. Very small. Aircond was not working well. This not cool the room at all but since my friend was sick so he said it was ok since he didn't want the room to be cold after all. There were used towel left! Toilet was ok. Parking was easy.... More

We arrived late at night, cab driver had trouble finding the place so dropped us off at the carpark & left. Security showed us to the hotel which is 3rd floor of a carpark??? Never would have found this on our own! One nice guy at reception, checked in & off to our room. Well, had it not been so... More

we were planning to stay four nights at this hotel and had booked head and paid. But when we checked in, we found room smells bad because of no window and there are cockroaches inside , we were truely disappointed and told the staff. They give us another room, no cockroach, but still no window. Bad smell inside and air... More

- Very good service i've ever seen - the room is very comfortable, cheap,quiet and much more better than other budget hotel in Kota Kinabalu - easy to go anywhere, because the location is in the shopping complex - very good service from the hotel frontdesk and the management - even the room amenities is more like 5 star services
