This is a lovely little hotel, with great staff and clean, comfortable rooms. It is in a good location for heading into the centre of Kota Kinabalu and also for the pier for heading island hopping. The hotel has limited facilities, but is great as a base of operations for exploring the area in and around KK.

Put together a terrific, knowledgeable staff, a lovely room and cooking facilities( never mind the newspaper) and you come up with a sure winner at a bargain price.
