We went expecting basic accommodation and facilities so we were astounded to find such comfortable accommodation in the jungle! Right in the heart of the rainforest with beautiful animals and plants on your doorstep. What a wonderful place. Staff lovely, food good, experience second to none. In the rainforest and reachable only by boat. Crocodiles, monitors, various monkeys, elephants, snakes and loads of birds. Walk in the trackless rainforest (but not without a guide!) and get some leech socks. Lodges are spacious, clean and basic. Food ok but limited choice. Staff/service fair to good. Extreme humidity and you are wet all the time.
