This is a massive hotel in Putrajaya, about 40minutes drive from KL city centre. Stayed here for a night for a friend's wedding. The wedding was great, but the hotel room was nothing to shout about. The hotel looks grand from the outside and the reception area is enormous, but the building is old and starting to look dated. The... More

It started out well but went downhill due to an incident, which i wont mention simply because i do not want any explanations nor excuses for bad customer service. I will simply not stay nor go there anymore because to add insult to injury,is that while plush, it is quite the distance frm civilization. It is more a destination resort... More

We stayed here as part of our stopover on our travelling. We literally can't fault the hotel and staff, they are polite, friendly and can't do enough for you. Breakfast is really good, and was included in our room package, having a very good selection of food both traditional western and local foods. The only thing we could pick at... More

I am a frequent guest at this hotel and already wrote a good report, however, I was even more satisfied during this 14-day stay that it is worth another report. My 12th floor room was crystal clean, and as usual all my special requests were stored in their computer, awaiting me upon arrival. Room is fabulous, spacious, clean, comfortable and... More

We stayed here over a weekend with the kids. The 'King' room was spacious enough even with an extra bed. Bathroom was clean although signs of aging could be quite obvious at certain areas. Bed was comfortable and sleep quality was good. It was very enjoyable for the kids as the pool area is huge and the children's pool comes... More

I stayed for one night as a treat after travelling to Thailand, Llangkawi and Kuala Lumpur. It is pure luxury, the pool is stunning with its waterfalls, the treatments in the spa are excellent value for money, the massages are fabulous. The beds are enormous with THE best pillows and duvets ... you just need to watch for the lizard... More

This was the first hotel we stayed in during my honeymoon. It was a cool hotel away from the city's noise and traffic jam. We reached at 03:00 AM Dubai time (07:00 AM) Malaysia's time after a long trip (8 hours from DXB to KL). The thing I didn't like that the Hotel receiptionist told us to wait untill 11:00... More

Checked in on 28th Feb at 930 pm - room 911. Stayed briefly for one night. Didnt have time to enjoy the services. Very delighted with service of the front desk gentleman. Didnt record his name though. He entertained my request for last minute change on bed type (changed from 2 single beds to 1 double bed) and arranged taxi... More

We stayed here for one night in between flights as it was about halfway between KLIA and KL. Was extremely well priced for the location. The hotel is huge but still quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely.
