We stayed with our 2 children in the family room for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was well-designed. It was easy to move around. Our room was also equipped with a mini fridge, TV, water heater, and a nice desk. We had a window but there was no view. Upon check in, don't really feel welcome by the front office, the staff by the name called "yana" soft spoken, hardly hear what she saying. “clean, good location but noisy”

stayed here for 2 nights. the rooms are cosy but not for light sleepers. door slams whole night long by the foreign cleaning staff. the door slams are very loud. again, not recomended if you are looking for a quiet night.

“Noisy, small room but clean”

Noisy due to construction next building. Photos shown on website looks alot larger. I booked a deluxe room but the room given looks more of superior room. Basically, there's no clear definition of the room types. Otherwise, the room is clean.

“The rooms near the elevators are so noisy all the day long!”

Location is good and just a walking distance to the Penang street. The service and breakfast was just an average. As per my request, I was given a double room of the window side. But, it was located just next to the elevator and therefore so noisy even in the mid night, which was really annoying me during my stay.
